Position Overview:
Family Planning Council, a large, well-regarded non-profit human services agency in downtown Philadelphia, is seeking an experienced Coordinator of Adolescent Programs in the Adolescent & Males Services Department. This position is responsible for overseeing the Man2Man Program, a school and community organization based sexuality education program for adolescent males. The successful candidate will be a team player who is highly organized, detail oriented, responsive to deadlines, and customer service oriented. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to work evenings and weekends, as well as flexibility to travel locally as needed.
Essential Job Functions:
- Coordinate and implement day-to-day support for the Man2Man program
- Provide technical assistance and support for Man2Man partner sites in implementing the program at their locations. Coordinate and monitor activities of the Man2Man program facilitators and distribute all program materials and incentives to sites.
- Complete quality assurance activities such as: monitoring program attendance, administering program surveys, administering proficiency testing, and conducting facilitator observations.
- Process consultant contracts and maintain service records and payment history for facilitators
- Procure, manage, and monitor all inventories (educational materials, incentives, etc…) for Man2Man and other programs within the department
- Assist, coordinate, support and participate in teen or male outreach and service related planning, programs, meetings, and events
- Coordinate, implement, and support activities of the male family planning research project.
- Provide technical assistance and support to Man2Man program sites, Provider network, and other partners related to adolescent and male programs

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Requirements:
- Must be able to participate in activities during weekend and evening hours
- Flexible schedule preferred
- Valid Drivers License with clean driving record
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Experience in reproductive health, social service, or services to male populations preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in coordinating teen outreach programs at a community level
